The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

- By saving cookies (i.e., “cookies”) on users’ devices.
2. SELECTED DATA PROTECTION METHODS USED BY THE OPERATOR
Login areas and fields for entering personal data are protected during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This ensures that personal data and login information entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read by the intended server. The operator periodically changes administrative passwords. To protect data, the operator regularly performs backup copies. A crucial element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the operator for processing personal data, including regular updates of software components.
3. HOSTING
The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: zenbox.pl. The hosting company maintains server logs to ensure technical reliability. The logs may include:
- Resources identified by URL: Requested resources such as pages and files.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON DATA USE
In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to share your personal data with other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you or to meet obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
– Couriers
– Postal operators
– Banks
– Payment operators
– Authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the website’s purpose
– Companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator only for as long as necessary to perform the actions related to them as defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting rules). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
– Access to your personal data,
– Correction of your data,
– Deletion of your data,
– Restriction of data processing,
– Data portability.
You also have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.2 for the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator. Personal data may be transferred to third countries under data protection regulations, meaning that data may be sent outside the European Union.
5. INFORMATION IN FORMS
The Service collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data, if such data is provided. The Service may record information about connection parameters (e.g., time stamp, IP address). In some cases, the Service may record information that facilitates linking form data with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form. Data provided in the form is processed for the purposes related to the specific function of the form, such as handling a service request, business contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.
6. ADMINISTRATOR LOGS
Information about user activity on the service may be logged. These data are used for the purpose of administering the service.
7. SIGNIFICANT MARKETING TECHNIQUES
The Operator uses statistical analysis of site traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not share personal data with this service provider, only anonymized information. This service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by Google’s advertising network, users can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/. The Operator uses remarketing techniques to tailor advertising messages based on user behavior on the site, which may give the impression that personal data is used for tracking. However, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. A technological prerequisite for these activities is that cookie support is enabled.
The Operator also uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that a registered user has visited the Service. This is based on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator, and the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s device. Additionally, the Operator uses solutions to automate the Service with respect to users, for example, by sending an email to the user after visiting a specific page, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
8. COOKIE INFORMATION
The Service uses cookies. Cookies (also known as “cookies”) are data files, specifically text files, that are stored on the user’s device and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the device, and a unique identifier. The entity placing cookies on the user’s device and accessing them is the Service operator. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- Maintaining the user session (after logging in), so the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on every page of the Service;
- Achieving the purposes specified above in the “Significant Marketing Techniques” section.
The Service uses two main types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session cookies” are temporary files that are stored on the user’s device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). “Persistent cookies” are stored on the user’s device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user. Web browsing software (web browsers) generally allows cookies to be stored on the user’s device by default. Users of the Service can change these settings. Web browsers allow for the deletion of cookies and can also automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic is available in the help or documentation of the web browser. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s websites.
Cookies placed on the user’s device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Service operator, including companies such as Google (Google Inc., based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc., based in the USA).
