RETURNS POLICY

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the tube with the print must be in the condition you received it, and the print inside the tube must not be removed. If the print has been removed from the tube and shows signs of handling, it will not qualify for a return.
To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned print. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is approved, your funds will be credited back to your credit card or bank account within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Returns are only possible for items purchased at regular price. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at prints@aleksandraszewczuk.com and send the item to: Parkowa 63A/1, 81-770 Sopot, Poland.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: Parkowa 63A/1, 81-770 Sopot, Poland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
